Spectacles and Lenses

We have carefully selected a great range of eyewear brands, premium lens and sunglasses. We can also supply a wide range of contact lenses.

Spectacle Lenses

We can supply lenses from any manufacturer and we use SEIKO lenses as our premium brand. SEIKO Optical is a world leader in the design and manufacture of technologically advanced lens materials and delivers the style, comfort and quality that you would expect from an innovative global brand. All SEIKO lenses are designed to offer the wearer clear sight and natural vision, and include a premium easy-to-clean anti-glare coating. As well as providing maximum protection against harmful UV rays, the Super Clean coating is reflection-free and enhances clarity of vision.

Made using the very latest digital surfacing technology, SEIKO lenses are fine tuned to exactly match your prescription and to meet your lifestyle needs. Using the SEIKO iPad Digital Dispensing tool technology, SEIKO’s Varifocal lenses are custom-made, giving maximum comfort and minimum distortion. Available with several thin and light options, even wearers with higher prescriptions can benefit from the design and style of SEIKO lenses.

Contact Lenses

We can fit and supply virtually all types of contact lenses from the convenient daily disposable soft lenses, 2 weekly or monthly disposable soft lenses to rigid gas permeable contact lenses. Multifocal and contact lenses for astigmatism are available as well as cosmetic tinted lenses.

Reasons for wearing Contact Lenses

  • Contact lenses may give better vision than glasses for some visual conditions like severe short-sightedness, long-sightedness, corneal distortion or after cataract removal.
  • Some people like the wider field of view given by contact lenses, as side vision is not blocked by spectacle frames. Contact lenses do not fog up with changes in temperature or from perspiration, and are not affected by rain.
  • Some people choose contact lenses because they feel less attractive in glasses or they find spectacles annoying. Sports players and people involved in vigorous activities often find contact lenses more convenient than spectacles, especially for water sports and contact sports.

Contact Lenses are not for everybody

Contact lenses are not for everybody. You might not be able to wear contact lenses if:

  • Your eyes are drier than normal.
  • You suffer from allergies.
  • You have a particular illness, such as arthritis or diabetes.
  • You work with chemicals.
  • You live or work in a dusty environment.
